My Comments:
Yes, a sailor scout, I know... overdone. I found myself without a halloween costume of all things! I was so busy planning cosplay for conventions (even only after 2 previous costumes), I didn't even think about halloween. So, I came up with the princess dress, after all I had the perfect pattern, necklace, and purple eyeliner. The only thing not correct was my hair, if you haven't noticed I'm not big on buying wigs. I think that's about it for this costume. It's only appearances were handing out candy to the little ones and a brief day at Uncommoncon 2000.
